I've had NCC clean my carpet several times before, but the last time takes the cake. It looked like the guy came off the street, smell of smoke, then asks to use the bathroom. He had the machine in an old beat up van. I knew I should have stopped him from cleaning when he started the machine; the odor was awful, now after a month the carpet still smells.
