I returned the modem to the Nevada return address listed above in a United States Post Office Priority Mail box. I did not use a delivery confirmation service. I should have. I did not use the Clearwire UPS return label with handy tracking number. I should have done that. I had hoped the package would get to NV sooner via USPS to avoid a charge for November service.
