I ordered two cartridges for my printer and they sent two, but they were for a completely different printer than what I told them and what they said they would send. On the invoice, the phone number they have on there is actually for a fax number and when I looked it up on line and got the number, it goes to voice mail every time and they don't call back. read full review »
