I purchased a vehicle at Thomspson's Low Price Center in Modesto, CA on January 24, 2009. Everything went well until I received a vehicle registration bill in the mail in March stating that I needed to pay $343.00 for the vehicle registration. I pulled out my vehicle purchase contract and saw where I paid $500.00 for my vehicle registration.
