We had a memorial service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens May 2, 2009 at 3:00 PM, The main floral arrangement intended to be placed by my fathers urn was delivered to the facility around 1:00. Their was a prior service for another family that began at 12:30 and Evergreen did not secure our flowers upon arrival allowing the prior family to take our flowers home with them.
