I was with WaMu for years and as soon as this company chang to Chase my problem started. I had to sign to new chase online banking and also they ask me for sign up paperless bill and how "this is very good for environment and etc.." and also they suppose to send me email alert as well but that never happened and I end up with late fee and finance charge and increase my APR from 2.99 to 29.99 !!
