I paid $85 for a bear and some balloons to be delivered to a friend of mine for his birthday. He says he gets a FedEx box with a little bear and some chocolates. No balloons attached. I called the 800-247-4929 to see what happened and was told to call back later because customer service hadn't showed up. I called three more times and the same woman I originally spoke to made no apologies only let me know she'd take off for the missing balloons. There is no customer service here.
