The mans name is John Roberts that operates this so called investigative service is not a professional at all. I made the made the mistake of paying him up front to locate a tenant that skipped out on paying rent. I called the "investigator" 3 days after paying him and he did not know who I was and had not did anything regarding finding the tenant. I asked for my money back and gave him the address. He never mailed the money, He agreed to meet me at his office and he never showed up to pay. read full review »
