My girlfriend's company purchased 40 T-mobile Dash phones and the phone has broken down consistently. She is currently on her third phone and it wasn't functioning . We went into the T-mobile store today and the customer service rep couldn't get the phone to start up after 30 minutes. Christina So, who's the manager sent us away with no phone and no service and said she couldn't do anything for us. We were basically kicked out of the store for having a broken phone. How ridiculous is it to walk out of a cell phone store without a function phone. If this was AT&T or verizon they would have replaced the phone. read full review »
