A $3.99 trial size was advertised (30 day supply) and then an unauthorized charge of $87.13 on my credit card 15 days later. Customer Representative of company states they are authorized to charge card if I did not respond to e-mail within 15 days of trial size purchase. Only e-mail I got was confirmation of delivery. So basically, I get my 3.99 trial size and nothing for the additional unauthorized charge of $87.13. That was the penalty for me not responding to their invisible e-mail. read full review »
