Purchased magazine subscription from student to be delivered from this company. Waited the 14 weeks for deliver. Nothing came. Called customer service. Was on record but had not been delivered. Told to wait 6-8 more weeks. Nothing came. Called again. This time, they had nothing on record and re-submitted entire order. I paid for this in Nov'08. It is now Mar'09. This company does not maintain records as it promises. DO NOT purchase subscriptions from this company - regardless of how bad you want to help out students in their fund raising efforts. It's not worth the hassle and lack of cooperation from customer service. read full review »
