The lady on the speaker at the drive up service is a very nice lady from another country with a heavy accent. And although she is very nice and courteous it is extremely difficult to understand anything she says. Whoever was the idiot who put her on the speaker rather than another position should be simply shot and put out of their misery. read full review »
