I placed an order with the BedBathStore and needed to return some of the items received. Exact return directions and eligibility rules as listed on the invoice and online were followed. Countless e-mails, phone calls, messages and the customer service department remains unresponsive. Almost 3 months later I am still waiting for my refund or any kind of response from the BedBathStore.
