After over 6 months of service with NHP, (but have not needed their service) I've emailed many times and called them on the status of my $50 gift card. The first time I called (on hold for 25 minutes) they told me I should be hearing something soon about the status. A week went by and didn't hear anything, I recalled again and this time the rude agent told me that I didn't qualify for it because one has pay the service one year in advance.
