Provident's customer service is absolutely terrible. They claimed I didn't set up my automatic payments correctly and charged me a $25 late fee when the payment didn't go through. Then they didn't notify me of the payment issue until it was nearly too late to pay my payment on time! If I hadn't contacted them, I wouldn't have known there were problems processing the payment until AFTER my payment was due - resulting in ANOTHER late fee.
