Client Services, Inc. is the collections agency that Citibank uses after their collections attempts have failed. My secondary complaint is in regard to the associates' behavior. Two different male associates were rude, angry, and accused me of fraud. The one female associate that called me next used the "female to female" strategy, and was condescending.
