I have been receiving recorded solicitations from Tidewater Financial for a few months now. I have been ignoring them but, last week I happened to be at home and answered the call, the lady was asking for an Elias Freeman and I told her that there is no person by that name in our house. They following week I still received that same recorded message asking me to call their 800 number.
