Bristol Court Apartments I was shown a demo apartment on September 26th, 2005. I was told apartment would be ready on September 30th. I signed the lease on September 30th 2005 and paid the first months rent. The apartment had a wet stained carpet, broken coils on stove, no heat or hot water. I spoke to Amanda the leasing office representative and she said that the carpet would be changed by October 12, 2005. I decided not to move into the apartment until the carpet was changed.
