Did not receive my statement in the mail. They changed the billing date, just like this month. Wired the money to them. Called them when I got home. Would not post date of wired until received 2 days later. Now Merry Christmas! 30.49% instead of 9.9% What a way to do business. By the way the guy on the phone said they did not receive the bill back. So that means I received it. OK. It's because CHASE is involved.
