My bad - got into this bunch in hopes of helping my daughter find research money while she finishes her Phd. STUPID!! They called and I thought I was agreeing to a $1.95 charge for a CD. I got the CD, and then monthly charges of various amounts against my bank card. I went to their web site and sent them an email stating I wanted my membership cancelled on April 9th. It didn't work. Last month it was for almost $70, this month $30. I called and spoke with Arnelli - she didn't really want to refund this charge. I called my bank, and they will not honor this charge. YOU MUST CALL THEM @ 866-823-9498 TO CANCEL. AGAIN AND AGAIN. read full review »
