I have been a customer for a long time at Carl's Jr. I went in on 5/7/2009 at @ 9:30 at night and ordered a #1 famous star. I got home and the burger did not have cheese on it. I went all the way back to the restaraunt and told the manager that it didn't have cheese on it. The manager is the one who took my order and she says to me that I have to ask for cheese.
