I bought a bike from Canadian tires and the peddle threads went bad within two days of use by my son. I went back to the store and since there are no refunds or exchange on bikes, CT store took it for repair. The probelem is that the person who repairs these bikes is probably not good at it, so you are of your own to repair if they fail to repair. If you try to get it reapired outside, they charge you 30$ upfront. NEVER BUY FROM CANADIAN TIRES, COSTCO IS BETTER. THEY TAKE IT BACK IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. read full review »
