I will not use UPS again. There was an emergency situation with a coworker and we all were collecting money to give his family because he lost everything. We are all field-based and so I decided to send cash instead because of the nature of the situation. I put the money in a card and sent through Mailboxes etc. I agree I probably should not have done that. However, UPS store mailed an empty envelope!!! There was no card or money in the enveope.
