Bank of America lowered my personal credit card from 25k to 18k limit and I have 17.5k on that card. Now I am so close to the limit it makes my debt ratio look bad. They also increased my interest rate on my small business card from 13.24 to 26.99%. My credit score is in the mid 700's and I have never been late on a payment and always pay way more than the minimum.
