After reading other complaints about this company I thought I would add another. As it appears with experiences other people have had, I ordered a toy for my son on April 6th. I received an order confirmation immediately. Right after that I received notification that my order had been accepted and processed and I would receive a shipping tracking number once the item had shipped.
