I made my payment late in November, so i scheduled my payment for december when i made the payment in november. I get an automated phone call telling me to get in contact with Drive's customer service. Sure enough the payment that I was TOLD was scheduled, wasnt. I called customer service, explained that i was told a payment was made, and was then called a liar. When i asked to speak with a manager, the most rude, uneducated, GHETTO, unprofessional speaking person got on the phone. He LAUGHED at me and told me that I NEEDED TO GET IT TOGETHER...
