I have been living in the sunset heritage apartments for the past couples months and everything was fine until i had unexpected problems with my roommate. So the maneger said i could have a new person move in as long as i they met all the requirements. So i had a family friend fill out an application who met all the requirements and he was denied do to the fact he had no pior rental history besides his parents which make no since because me and my ex- roommate both had no pior rental history.
