Chase Visa Card
I have WAMU visa card, which is taken over by Chase bank now. Chase has converted WAMU home page to "Chase" during march 7, 8, 9, 2009. I had set up online payment since I had WAMU card, but Chase has changed it, as a result my March statement payment didn't go thru, and chase charged $ 39.0 late fee + Finance charge. When contacted customer service, call wdiverted to Phillipines. Customer service Rep was very rude and not courteous and didn't care to answer any question. RE: Enquiring about my mail in rebate for my rebate tracking number: 316056883
On 11/28/2008 I had mailed my mail in Rebate form to Logitech Rebate Center with purchase receipt of Optical Mouse V320 and bar code from the Optical Mouse V320 box for the mail in rebate of $ 25.0.
During January 2009 I received an email from Logitech Rebate Center saying that they have received my Rebate form on 01/10/2009 but Missing Original UPC.
