Target is refusing to accept a return because the request is coming two weeks past the 90 day return period. I acknowledged that this is usually a reasonable policy, but that sometimes circumstances suggest that flexibility is needed for appropriate and good customer service. I explained that I had not realized that I would need to return the wall mirror. Only upon hanging it did I realize that it would not work in the space intended and that I would need to return it.
