Apparently at Carolina Hospital Systems, you have to go out of your way to get a bill and pay it. I've had the money set aside to pay them since I had the procedure done. I paid the requested portion upfront and waited for Insurance to pay their portion so I could find out what was left. After this I never received a bill. Then I got a call from them asking about my address. The hospital said they didn't have it.
