I received an email confirmation stating they were going to refund money for an item that I return due to not ordering and it stated it would be complete within 10-12 business days. I have not received that refund and that email was from March 24, 2009. I have tried to responsed back to the email when I did not receive the email and I am getting an undeliverable on my email.
