According to the contract I should have received my refund in full by April 02, 2009. I called today, April 23rd, and was told I was on a list but they could not tell me when I would receive my money. I asked if a supervisor could tell me I was told "nobody knows when the refunds will be issued but you are on the refund list and will receive it at some time". Financial advisors that cannot manage their money and abide by THEIR binding contract, scary! Losing money daily on the interest I am paying for them to use my money. read full review »
