Luis Sanchez hit me on May 1, 2009. Texas State Tooper came to the site of the wreck. The DPS officer ticketed Luis Sanchez and told him he was at fault. YET, his insurance company Mercury County Mutual refuses to fix my car. They are forcing me to either get a lawyer or go through my insurance company. I will be getting the lawyer.
