This rental car site is terrible. The manager Juan provides terrible customer service and is quite condescending. I have had to rent from this site twice and both times were disastrous. The first time, they actually sent us to take the car for an oil change! We were an hour late due to this delay. This time, we were two hours late because of Juan. He did not listen to me as I was talking to him, as he had his friends on speaker phone. He sent us out with the wrong car, and when we returned to get the problem fixed, he was rude, dismissive and generally difficult to deal with. I will never rent from there again. read full review »
