I have sent in another complaint just awhile ago. I have no account number, the sample and product was returned. Close out my account I am not receiving your product and you are charging me again per my Dec statement. Reply to this please and refund my money. I am unable to get thru on your888 number. you were not authorized to charge my account after that the product was returned.
