My husband and I signed an agreement w/ First Commerical Consultants in August of 2008. We paid a retainer fee of $1700 for their services (which was refundable should they not follow thru with their end, which is purchasing a home for you and doing the lease to own with them). In December of 2008, we finally found the home we truly wanted. We had to put down $500 earnest money and pay for the home inspection fee of $335.00.
