Cannot reach by using the “Contact” address on their website, which bounces, or by telephone - am left on hold forever!! This "free" trial subscription had me believe I would be charged some USD4.95 or so for postage, but I was actually charged USD24.95 (Feb 26, 2009). I did receive a bottle of the product. I was of the understanding that this was a 30-day trial and I am now shocked to see that I have been charged USD59.95 on March 19 2009 - ie I was not even given the promised 30 days in which to notify them... read full review »
