They charged $47.76 to my credit card for a 2 yr membership for music downloads and sent me to a site to download the program and after I downloaded it, it the program was from "Frostwire", a site that lets you download music FREE. I called their ph # and get an answering machine so can't talk to anyone to cancel my membership with them. I tried to log on to their website and got a message that my email address is not in their information so I can't cancel the account there either.
