wilbert arthur lyons from trinidad 48 years old is a theif he is the owner of so called lyons construction. His lisence was revoked for taking deposites and not doing the work at all. When he started jobs he would not finish the job but would collect most of the money. He has several civil suits against him for not finishing jobs oweing people over a hundred thousand dollars he never made restatution. He has ripped off men and weomen as young as 14 up to 88 years.
