Due to all the identity fraud going on today my wife requested that this company provide her with a copy of account but they refuse they say that they don't have to and she can only pay over the phone. I feel that if this company wants to collect what owed them the first must prove she owes it and stop harassing us on the phone and being extremely rude to us . read full review »
