I paid a few thousand dollars to have legal backing while negotitating my mortgage payment and hired and paid Rodis. It has been 4 months and now paperwork has been sent from my mortgage company to a lawyer for foreclosure. jjt was to put hold on foreclosure and as of 5/6, there is no hold. The hold was to go to my mortgage company 2 weeks ago. My mortgage company still has not heard from anyone at Rodis and they are the ones filing for foreclosure.
