Well, I thought I had put unitedtel.com behind me. After I spoke with them last month and ask them to take off the 2 months unauthorized charges I thought I wouldn't have to think about them again. I opened the verizon bill this month to find that they only credited me for one month (amerivoice credited me for 3 months I was entitled to). So once again, I call them and they did confirm that my account was closed and didn't know why I wasn't credited for both months.
