LG Electronics has a policy where they will not sell any replacement part to a consumer. In our case, the dishwasher power switch is broken. Since it is past the warrenty, LG refuses to sell me a part directly. I have to go through one of their cervice centers and pay 10-20 times more for a part that should only cost about $5-10!
