I made a reservation for 3 nights at a La Quinta Inn. When I arrived the following day, the front desk said that my reservation wasn't in their computer, but they could give me a room at a much higher rate. I suggested that La Quinta had made a mistake, They rudely informed me that La Quinta doesn't make mistakes. Rather than being pressured into paying the higher rate, I went somewhere else. Later I found out that they had billed my credit card anyway for the reservation they claimed they didn't have. Stay away from this Inn. read full review »
