I ordered 4/18/09 and cancelled 04/22/09. May 6 a charge of $87.13 was deducted from my bank. I called and "TRIED" to tell them i never received the product to even get the free trial period, and to inform them i cancelled this on 4/22/09. They consistantly tried to tell me per their records this was the first time i had phoned them, NOT. I was told to call them back 2-3 days later to find out the status of my refund.
