Spa was damaged during install and "Tommy the Technician" who installed it claimed to be prepared to replace the punctured cover and fix the broken slat outdide the spa. Small items, but we wanted our brand new spa to be complete. We called in January to find out when it would be fixed. The woman who answered said to wait for better weather.
