We have been subscribers to Crosswinds Communications for about three years. We have a website hosted on their ISP and our business and personal e-mail accounts. The service over the past year and a half has been abysmal. The service is unavailable half the time and it has often cost us valuable response time to our clients as a result. We have repeatedly attempted to phone and e-mail them to no avail. They have an automatic monthly withdrawal to extract the fees for their service each month.
