I was scammed by the lure of the free trial offer. I was also charged on my credit card the full amount after receiving the "free" bottle. I noticed the charge while checking my bank statement and immediately called the customer service number. I talked to a phone rep who refused to let me speak to a supervisor, but gave me a cancelation number and told me to call back in 2 to 3 days to get my refund.
