I have an online account with Barnes and Noble. Recently, while shopping, I noticed that one of the addresses on file was an old address. I asked that the address be deleted and the system said it was gone. When I finished my order I reviewed the shipping and billing address and made sure they were right. When I placed my order, for whatever reason, the old address was put in as the shipping address (it wasn't even supposed to be on my account anymore).
