I tried the free trial and canceled within the trial period, within the first 10 days. And since that time I have been charged twice on my debit card. Once was on the 8th of April for $79.96 and the second was on the 24th of April for $85.91. I have sent the envelopes which arrive in the mail "return to Sender" and have not received a credit for either charges of this date! I have been trying to reach them directly by phone but I keep getting rerouted to this complaint board. I want both chrages refunded for a total of $165.87. I can be reached at [email protected].
